Thanks for your excellent tour for our group from the Civil War Roundtable. I'm looking forward to seeing your research on the 106th Ohio Volunteer Infantry where my GGGrandfather Edward Lewis from Kentucky was Captain, Co. D.
Luckily for me he didn't meet my Great Grandfather, William Peter Thomas, 28th & 58th VA Infantry on the battlefield!

I can tell from the guestbook entries that your passion for and dedication to preserving our past is very evident. You've helped so many families honor their ancestors sacrifice. Thank you is insufficient to convey the sense of appreciation we feel for your kind assistance regarding Levi Griffin.

We are so grateful that you were able to identify the grave of our great-great grandfather George Deal. Your dedication to preserving the memory of these soldiers is an inspiration to so many and we hope you will be able to identify many more unknowns. Thanks again, Becky
